What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile and WhatsApp number, delivery address, the map pin you choose (and its accuracy), your notes, the products you order and the language of the site. For security we also keep your IP address and browser type with the order.

Why we use it
To deliver your order, to confirm it with you on WhatsApp, to answer your questions, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it
Our team, and the person or company delivering your order (name, phone, address and pin only). WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. When you use the map, the map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, and we look up the address for your pin through OpenStreetMap’s service from our server.

Cookies
We only use what the site needs to work: a session cookie and your cart, which is stored in your own browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Egyptian tax and commercial rules require, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Message us and we will reply as soon as possible.

Orders must be placed by adults (18 or older).
