    This website is run by Herba Vill Pharma, Egypt. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by e-mail (see Contact at the bottom of every page).

    Products and information

    Product descriptions are based on what is printed on the pack. Photos show the product; the pack you receive may differ slightly in design. Dietary supplements are not medicines; read the label before use.

    Prices

    Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are the prices shown when you place your order. The delivery fee is added as shown at checkout or as confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

    Your order

    Placing an order is a request to buy. The sale is agreed when our team confirms the order with you on WhatsApp. We may decline an order — for example when a product is out of stock or the details cannot be confirmed — and then nothing is charged.

    Payment and delivery

    You pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, as agreed with our team on WhatsApp. Nothing is paid on this website. Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number. See “Delivery & returns” for delivery, returns and refunds.

    Liability

    Use products as described on the pack. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer law.

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
